We source our eggs from Meadow Organic Farms, Karen Fork, Ithanji Natural Products in Tigoni & Ololo Farm, both of which have beautiful lodges on the edge of Nairobi National Park (if you’re looking for a mini-break, you should check it out!), and finally, Farmer Max, who farms on the edge of the Loldaiga Hills. All four farms are entirely free-range. The chickens lead a happy outdoor life scratching around outside. These eggs have a delightful yellow yolk which brings a natural richness to all your cooking.
